Day 14  - 29/7/03  - Tuesday

ANTS! Food people having left bags of food and rubbish on the floor of our kitchen area, the whole area was covered in trails of ants on a mission, eating our food! The little that we have ( there has been a tendency in the food camp of skimping to save money, nobody knows why, there just is) After rescuing what we could of our food we had breakfast, followed by a pointless health check encompassing.... Feet. Sat around a lot. After lunch we went to one of the local waterfalls, swam a little (it was cold, being melt water from a glacier) jumped off it in an effort to get Simon to, failed, so I tried again, it worked this time but Skinner who I'd set up with a camera failed to notice me jump... Grrr... Hit the water badly leaving a nice large bruise up the entire side of my left leg and a little of the right leg. Oh well! Headed back, tea, another nice fireside laze then bed.
