Day 6 - Monday - 21/7/2003
Up, Breakfast. Feeling a little sick. Painting an outside wall as the fundi (the workmen) were doing most of the jobs left and concrete needs time to dry! Got the high jobs again, needed a ladder this time though. By 10 am feeling quite unwell, headache and unsettled stomach, sat down and rested for a bit. Feeling worse, talked to Cliff, heat-stroke? Sat down inside and assisted with preparation of 'rustic' wood for a wooden box. After a light lunch, the headache is worse and I'm feeling hot and cold. I'm to rest and stay warm (or at least what I consider to be warm). Napped, woken regularly for water. Feeling better by dinner, have a little food. After dinner diarrhoea causes me hours of fun. Can't decide if a bug or heat-stroke. Fair nights sleep regularly interrupted by rushes to the loo.
